Irena is a sweetheart with a big purr and an even bigger heart. This adorable kitten was recently found to have a heart murmur, so Buddy is keeping a close eye on it. She’ll be rechecked at six months, and with a little luck, it will have resolved on its own. If not, she may need an echocardiogram to learn more—but for now, Irena is happy, playful, and living her best kitten life.
