Who’s looking for a cutie patootie little dude?  Well than look no further than Phil!  Phil is a 7 1/2 month old terrier mix who weighs about 16 pounds. Phil was picked up as a stray and we can’t believe no one claimed him!  Despite being on his own and abandoned, this pint sized guy has not let that get him down. He’s very loving and sweet as well as smart. He is super curious about other dogs. He also loves to go for walks and snuggle on the couch.  We think Phil will fit right in any family.
